Mental Health First Aid<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Mental health first aid is a crucial skill that can help you support someone who may be experiencing a mental health crisis. By the signs and symptoms of common mental health conditions, you can initial support and connect them with professional help. With mental health awareness on the rise, it’s important to equip yourself with the knowledge and skills to be a mental health first aider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Mental Health Firs Aid Wales training process includes Self-Study of Module 1 to 3 followed by Webinar 1 of 3 hours one week later. The first three modules have to be completed before continuing to Module 4 to 5. Again Webinar 2 of 3 hours is scheduled within one week after the completion of the modules 4 to 5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
